Today, Grace and I went Christmas shopping. She has her own budget to spend on Christmas presents. Each of the kids earns an allowance by doing chores and other things around the camper. So, they are responsible for their budget for buying Christmas presents for other people. They figure out how much they want to spend on each person and they make lists. It makes them even more excited knowing that they worked really hard to earn that money. Click follow for more practical ways to teach your kids about finances.

Next month, I'm planning to do some online shopping to prepare for Christmas. I've set my own budget to spend, ensuring I don't go overboard. To stay organized, I'll figure out how much I want to spend on each gift. I'll make lists of who gets what, carefully considering each person's interests. This way, I can enjoy the holiday season without stress, knowing everything is planned and within budget.
