"So here is what 30 days of not drinking has done to my body, and right here is day one when I decided to give up alcohol. But I didn't realize that this was going to change my life forever. Here's what I learned. And I was this kid on the weekends, Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, always having a few drinks. But I didn't realize how bad alcohol was actually impacting my life. So I decided to stop drinking and I wanted to focus on myself and trying to improve my life. And I learned some incredible lessons. The first thing that I realized is that waking up 30 days without a hangover is literally the best feeling that anyone can ever experience. Secondly, after 30 days, I began to get in the best shape of my life. I didn't realize how a few drinks here and there actually added more fat to my body, made me feel less motivated, let me have less energy in life. And now I feel the healthiest mentally and physically I've ever felt in my life. And basically, I went from this skinny, not so muscular, built, very depressed, very tired to this, to now becoming the most fit spiritually, mentally, and physically, all because I gave up alcohol." - Expression
