There are three key things to think about when trying to get in the perfect power nap. Number one, don't nap for too long. The perfect power nap is between 20 and 30 minutes. That way, you won't fall into deep sleep, and you'll wake up feeling refreshed. Number two, nap between 1 pm and 3 pm. Any 30-minute spot in this window is great and ensures that you won't interfere with your nightly rest. And number three, find a perfect place to nap. If you work from home, your bedroom will be great. And if not, try to find an empty conference room, a storage room, or even a nap pod if your work has them.
