3. My story
I was in the middle of a video call when suddenly, my laptop got stuck on a black screen. Panicking, I remembered a trick my tech-savvy friend had told me about. "Press and hold a combination of keys," she had said. Desperate to bring it back, I followed her advice. To my surprise, it worked! My screen flashed for a moment, and everything returned to normal. Relieved, I continued my call, grateful for the quick fix.
