Here's my favorite restaurant I like to go to while I'm in the mall for some vegan gains: Mazo Vegetarian. The reason I like it is because it's all vegan and vegetarian options. So, let me show you what I get.  So, right here, I got my Falafel Pita, which is 100% vegan. It has falafel in there, some pickled onions, couscous, and Tahini with some mild salsa. It looks a little messy, but it is darn good. If you're trying to get some vegan gains, you have to eat food that's high in carbohydrates, nutrient-dense, and high in fiber. My favorite restaurant I like to go to when I'm craving something healthy is Proteiner. The reason I like it is because of its cozy ambiance and the variety of vegan dishes they offer. Last week, I decided to try their new vegan burger, and it was a game-changer! Made with chickpeas, quinoa, and a blend of spices, it was both flavorful and filling. I'm trying to get some vegan gains, and this place makes it so much easier and tastier. Every time I leave, I feel satisfied and energized. If you're ever in town, you should definitely give it a try!
