버스를 이용해 출근합니다. 제 버스는 제 동네에서 회사까지 갑니다. 아침에는 첫차가 제 출근 시간에 딱 맞게 출발합니다. 그리고 막차가, 늦은 밤에도 제가 꼭 집에 갈 수 있도록 해줍니다. 버스는 혼잡 시간대에는 10분마다 운행합니다.

 

I take the bus to work. My bus connects my neighborhood to my workplace. In the mornings, the first bus leaves just in time for my commute, and the last bus makes sure I get home even during late nights. The bus comes every 10 minutes during the peak hours.

버스 정류장에서 기다리는 동안, 버스가 제 시간에 오지 않아서 점점 짜증이 올라왔습니다. 마침내 버스가 다가오는 것을 본 순간, 안심했습니다. 버스 기사님에게 세워달라고 신호했습니다. 그러나, 멍 때리다가, 멈춤 버튼을 누르는 것을 깜빡했습니다. 짜증내면서, 회사까지 달려가야 했습니다.

Waiting at the bus stop, I grew annoyed as the bus didn’t come on schedule. Finally, I was relieved as I spotted the bus approaching. I had to signal to the bus driver to stop. But, lost in thought, I forgot to clicked the stop button and missed my stop. Frustrated, I had to run all the way to my workplace.

A: "그녀의 바지를 계속 보게 되더라고. 너무 독특해."

A: "아마 부장님은 그녀의 대담한 패션이 불편하신가봐."

B: "어쨌든 적어도 그녀는 그걸 입을 자신감이 있는거구."

 

A: "Did you see her outfit today?"

B: "Yeah, I did. She's really experimenting with fashion."

A: "I couldn't help staring at her pants. They're so unique."

B: "True, but did you notice our boss glaring at her?"

A: "I guess he isn’t comfortable with her bold fashion choices."

B: "Well, at least she's confident enough to wear them."
