You know, one of the things that people do when they are trying to cut back on the drinking, if that's what they want to do, is to have somebody be a part of that journey with them. And so having somebody who can be their buddy for accountability, that's a useful thing to do. If somebody says, you know what, I'm trying to cut back on my drinking, if you keep that private, then no one knows if you're working well or not well at that. But if you tell a friend and just say, 'Hey, I'm trying to cut back a little bit, could you keep me honest?' then that's also a really good strategy to use for folks.

3. My story
I’ve been trying to cut back on late-night snacks and alcohol lately. It’s not an easy journey, but my mom decided to be a part of it with me. She knows how important it is to take care of our health and well-being. So, whenever I feel tempted to munch on something unhealthy or grab a drink, my mom is there to remind me of my goals. It’s like having a buddy system for staying on track. And you know what? It’s actually working well for both of us. We feel more energized and focused, and it’s making a positive impact on our overall lifestyle.
