Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming many aspects of our lives, from driving cars to making medical diagnoses. It seems there’s no area that’s off-limits. So in this video, I’ll go over some of the ways that I’ve started to use AI to study medicine more effectively. And hopefully give you some inspiration on how you can use it to study faster too. There’s a lot of debate about whether note-taking is an effective way to study. However, it’s simply just a waste of time. Personally, I find it a good way to consolidate the information and to make sure that I understand it. There are lots of different ways to take notes, but the way that I do is by turning my lectures into questions. This used to take a very long time, but I always have to look at the slides, then think of questions, then find the answers on the slide, and then type out the answers manually. But now, Notion’s AI allows me to make the process a lot quicker. Now all I have to do is type out the question and then use the AI to answer the question for me. This reduces the time that it takes me to write these notes from about one to one and a half hours per lecture down to about 45 minutes. Obviously, that’s not a huge saving per lecture, but considering that I sometimes have up to 16 lectures a week, you can see that that potentially adds up to a lot of time per week. The only thing that I would say is to double-check the answers that it gives you, as it’s not always 100% accurate.

3. My story
Hey, just wanted to share how I've been using GPT to study English lately. I'll go over what I've been doing. So, by turning stuff like articles and videos into questions, I've found a neat way to understand better. Now all I have to do is ask GPT, and it helps me out. It's funny how those small time savings add up to quite a bit. I mean, a few minutes here and there adds up to a lot of time saved in the end. Oh, and the only thing that I would say is, don't forget to check the answers GPT gives sometimes. They're not always totally perfect. Anyway, that's how I'm leveling up my English using GPT.
