지난 번에 신발을 사러 쇼핑몰에 갔습니다. 주차하는 번거로움을 겪어야 했지만, 신경 안 씁니다. 온라인에서 제품들을 둘러보고 몇 개를 고릅니다. 그리고 나중에 그것들을 직접 확인하고 신어보며 최종 결정을 내립니다. 인터넷에서는 정말로 말도 안되게 다르게 보입니다.

 

I hit the mall for some new shoes the other day. I had to go through the hassle of parking, but whatever. I look around items online and pick a few. Then, I check them out and try them on in person to make the final decision. It's crazy how different they look on the Internet.

As Christmas shopping season is coming up, I hit a shopping website today. But, I ran into some trouble online. The site was down due to heavy network traffic. It was like everyone was shopping there.

B: 맞는 말이네. 회의에서 얘기해보자.

 

A: Why are they still sticking to the in-person workshops? What's the harm in moving our training to online.

B: Yeah, but we might miss the in-person interaction.

A: Online could reach more people, and it's convenient.
