한 때는, 집을 사는 것을 고려했었습니다. 그러나 아파트를 사는 비용이 계속해서 올라가서 그 꿈은 무산되었습니다. 계산을 해보니, 그 당시에는, 세를 사는게 게 더 저렴할지 모르겠다고 결론을 내렸습니다. 지금 사는 것 대신 세를 살기로 한지 5년이 지났습니다. 그런데 실상은 만약 그때 집을 샀더라면, 돈을 많이 벌 수 있었을 거라는 것입니다.

I once thought about owning a home. However, the dream was dash as the cost of buying an apartment kept going up. Doing the math, I decided it might be cheaper to rent at that moment. Now it’s been 5 years since I chose to rent instead of buy. The thing is that I would’ve made a lot of money if I had bought one.

B: We’re torn between mountains, or a beach. But, honestly, I don't care if it's mountains or a beach.
