There are five words you should say in your interview to increase your chances of success. I will tell you what those five words are and why they are so important. The five words are "I have researched your company." If you say those five words, it tells the hiring manager you are serious about working for their company and you want to build a long-term career there. The majority of candidates don't care which company they work for; they are only interested in a paycheck. "I have researched your company" tells the hiring manager you are serious, and it means they won't have to re-advertise the position for many years to come.
