1. Script
OpenAI's ChatGPT is now in mobile app form, so let's do a quick walkthrough of the app in iOS. ChatGPT defaults to GPT-3.5 and has a green lightning icon next to it to help remind you which model you're using. Select GPT-4 if you have a ChatGPT Plus subscription, which has three purple star icons to identify the model. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner to access history, settings, or a new chat. History will display past chat sessions and has a search bar to find older chats. Under settings, you will find data controls to export your data or delete your account. There is also a toggle switch to turn off haptic feedback. Scroll to the bottom to sign out. Back on the main screen, enter your prompt by typing it in, or you can allow ChatGPT access to your microphone to speak your prompts into the app. When you're done speaking, you need to press stop, or it will keep listening. Once you've entered a prompt into the app, you will now have the option to delete the chat in the menu. And that's it, pretty simple and bare bones, but it puts the power of ChatGPT in your pocket.
2. Expression
- mobile app form: Refers to a version of a software or service designed to be used on mobile devices.

- ChatGPT Plus subscription: A paid plan that offers enhanced features or capabilities.
- access history: The feature that allows users to review their previous interactions or usage.
- data controls: Options within the app to manage or modify user data.

3. My Story
I've recently started using the ChatGPT app on my phone to help with my English conversation practice. It's really straightforward and user-friendly. Navigating through the app is easy with the three-dot menu where I can access my chat history and change settings. The data control options are great, especially the toggle switch to manage haptic feedback. For my English practice, I either type in prompts or use the speak-your-prompts feature, which is quite futuristic. It's a simple, bare-bones app, but it's been incredibly useful for improving my English conversation skills, having ChatGPT readily available in my pocket.
