Daily habits that will change your life: Number one, cold showers every morning. I take a cold shower, and every morning it sucks. I don't want to get in, but I look at myself in the mirror and say, "Hey, stop being such a []." Then I walk in. Not only does it wake me up without needing any caffeine, but it also trains my mind that sometimes there are uncomfortable situations that I just have to shut up and do them. Number two is the Daily Review. At the end of the day, every day, ask yourself two simple questions: "What did I do well today?" and "What should I do differently next time I'm in a similar situation?" This allowed me to rapidly build positive momentum in my life because I could look back and say, "I took the first few steps to starting my side hustle." "What should I do differently?" Well, maybe I approached that girl at the gym, the conversation was going well, but then I chickened out and didn't ask her out. Next time I'm in that situation, I gotta shoot the shot. And number three, get the [] outside. I've realized even if I just play a quick pickup basketball game or go for a walk or go for a hike, being outside, breathing fresh air, keeps me out of my head. It keeps my mind from going to deep negative places and it keeps that momentum going.

3.    My Story
This year, my New Year's daily routine includes three key practices. First, I focus on speaking positively, which trains my mind for a brighter outlook. Second, I've adopted a 'Daily Review', reflecting each evening on my successes and areas for improvement, helping to build positive momentum. Lastly, I ensure to get outside regularly, refreshing both mind and body. These habits are my way of shooting the shot at a more fulfilled life, fostering daily growth and optimism.
