I'm turning my brother's room into an Airbnb. You see, my brother moved out for college, and I don't want to miss out on free money. So, I'm gonna clean his room and list it on Airbnb to see how much money we can make. Let's get Airbnb.
Now, a typical one-room Airbnb in my city is around $70 a night, but it can't be that high with a room looking like this. So, I threw everything away, minus the bad TV and desk, of course. And I added extra pizzazz to this room by including amenities like drinks, snacks, candles, flowers, and a VR. These will cost me about $5 a night, not to mention Airbnb takes a cut, so that's gonna cost me another $2. But now that the room's complete, I told my mom about the plan.
We're assuming 21 nights a month are booked. We can make up to thirteen hundred dollars per month. No, this is Sandy's room.

3. My story
I recently decided to turn an unused room into my home office. So, I bought a new wardrobe and desk. I added pizzazz to the room by matching the desk with a wooden tone to enhance the atmosphere. However, the wardrobe turned out to be more expensive than I thought, so it was a bit challenging to stick to my budget. Nonetheless, I managed to decorate the room well within the planned budget, and I'm now using it very comfortably.
